Inside Sales Unit is very strategic arm of Tetherfi Global GTM organisation. The unit helps to build the sales funnel & channel partners working closely with the GTM & Channel Partner development teams in respective focus geographies.

Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for follow-up by the GTM organisation. Leads could be potential channel partnerships or account development actions or specific opportunities in the market. The position entails heavy outbound calling, use of e-mail, and other methods in order to target and qualify potential prospects. Candidates should have a proven track record of success calling on senior-level corporate executives and the ability to identify key business issues and decision making processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Preparing contact list as per the focus market segment.
  • Profiling accounts & contacts prior to initiating interaction.
  • Outbound campaign via Phone, Email & alternate channels
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, qualifying & preparing lead handover document prior to transferring / assigning to Sales team
  • Timely update on Salesforce and keep CRM up-to-date with all accounts, contacts & related activities (call/ interaction logs, follow-ups, documents etc.) on real-time basis
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
  • Achieve Business Targets as assigned from time to time.

 

Candidate Profile Requirements:

 

  • Inside Sales Executive must have at least 1-3 years of work experience in Inside Sales or BD role in the international markets.
  • Must have BD experience, generating leads & demands for at least one of the markets of interest – North America, ASEAN, Europe or ANZ.
  • Must be prepared to work hours as per their target markets.
  • Must have at least one of the multi-channel (voice, email, chat, social media etc…) based appointment setting / lead / demand generation, prospecting experience
  • Other experiences not limited to market research, company & prospect profiling, building referral network, nurturing relationships etc. would be an advantage.
  • Be a self-starter and over a period of time build and manage an inside sales team
  • Strong cold calling skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written skills required.
  • Strong target account and contact profiling.
  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferably technical and solution knowledge, experience with Unified Communication (UC), Collaboration, VoIP, Contact Center (IVR & CTI).
  • Preferably working experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom, BPO.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge.
  • Clear commitment on the job role.

  • Ability to develop & sustain relationships with target remotely via phone, email & other alternate channels.

  • Highly proficient computer skills including internet, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn * experience using CRM, Outbound Dialer, Email Marketing tools.
  • Bachelors of Engineering degree a plus but not required.
  • Working according to target market timezone incl. North America, ASEAN, Europe or ANZ.
