The Right Individual:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our ongoing projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables remain on course and aligned with business expectations.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass managing project deliverables, preparing insightful status reports, and establishing clear communication frameworks that facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and seamless project execution.

 

The ideal candidate will bring proven project management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide teams of diverse sizes and functions toward a common goal. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered a significant advantage.

 

Required Professional & Functional Skill:

  • Technical experience working with any of these Technologies, .NET, Java, C++
  • Contact Centre Technologies like Avaya/CISCO
  • More than 2 years of project management or project co-ordination experience in Contact center or unified communication or collaboration domain, involving voice products from AVAYA, GENESYS, CISCO, ASPECT, etc., will be preferred.
  • Must have worked in an environment of grooming a team on coding techniques, process compliance, and process-oriented task delivery.
  • Must have started the career in application development (or) enhancement thereby understanding the product (or) project development specifications and delivery of pitfalls.
  • Expertise in handling people and interfacing internal stakeholders (or) customers as part of all the project management activities.
  • Prior experience in writing and presenting HLD and LLD and getting them signed off from respective stakeholders.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organization’s strategy, commitments, and
  • Will report to Delivery Head and will be part of the Organization’s Product Delivery team & Professional Services team.

Preferred Quality Experience:

  • Elaborate industrial experience in manual testing on software-based
  • Expertise in Automated testing / scripting, Selenium Web driver, API (REST/SOAP)
  • Prior experience in effectively using tools like JIRA or Equi, and Well exposed to SQL
  • Ensuring product development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking
  • Well versed with detailed industrial product documentations, release notes, on Software based Quality assurance processes.
  • Identify skill gaps and plan knowledge transfer sessions to ensure testing team is equipped with product / Domain knowledge to perform efficiently.
  • Updates to performance parameters based on the company’s goals.
  • Candidates should possess continuous test process improvement with the help of defined metrics.
  • Adept in designing and building test frameworks and delivering test automation
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues
  • Passion for finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code using automation
  • Prior experience of testing UC (or) CC based products is
  • Candidate should be willing to learn basics of implementation and deployment and ready to join hands when required.
