The Right Individual:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web development, mobile app development using ReactNative, and a strong understanding of SQL. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional support for our SDK integrations deployed at customer locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate Tetherfi’s Web SDK (JavaScript) with customer solutions and provide support for those integrations
- Integrate Tetherfi’s cross-platform mobile SDK (React Native) with customer solutions and provide support for those integrations
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ReactJS
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SDK integrations and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SDKs
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones, especially Singapore and India
- Report to the Self-Care Lead in India for project deliverables
Expected Functional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in web development with a strong focus on front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ReactJS) is a must
- Proficiency in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native is a must
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience in Android mobile app development (Java & Kotlin) is preferred but not a must
- Experience in iOS mobile app development (Swift) is preferred but not a must
