January 19th, 2016: This Application Notes describe the configuration steps required for Tetherfi Omni Channel Management (OCM) Multimedia Agent Client to interoperate with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services (AES). Tetherfi Multimedia Agent Client (TMAC) is a web-based CTI solution. This thin client provides a single unified CTI desktop capable of servicing Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, Video and Social Media Channels. TMAC communicates with Avaya AES using the (Telephony Services Application Programming Interface) TSAPI Service.
