The Right Individual:
We are looking for Technical Lead who would lead and work alongside a growing research and development team to improve existing products and build new products. The ideal candidate would be someone with understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution design and development for scalable, enterprise-grade contact center products
- Build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM/NLP models for conversational AI, speech analytics, and automation
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines with MLOps best practices — versioning, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization
- Drive AI innovation by researching and applying modern technologies such as GenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and multimodal models
- Translate business and product requirements into data-driven AI features with measurable customer experience impact
- Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers and cloud teams to integrate AI into microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Deliver high-quality, well-documented AI components and ensure technical ownership from design to deployment
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and datasets; propose adoption strategies for continuous product improvement
- Mentor, guide, and upskill team members on ML concepts, engineering practices, and modern frameworks
- Support product demos, POCs, and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to showcase AI capabilities
- Take initiative, make informed technical decisions, and align AI development with strategic business needs
Expected Functional Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, applied AI/ML development, and solution delivery
- Strong foundation in data structures, data modelling, distributed systems, and software architecture
- Solid understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and Machine Learning algorithms
- Ability to write scalable and optimized code, primarily using Python and C#
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python / C# / JavaScript
- Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade software products
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, spaCy, OpenCV
- Experience with NLP capabilities such as intent classification, entity extraction, conversational AI, and LLM fine-tuning
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM ecosystems — e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, vector databases
- Understanding of MLOps practices including model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, speech analytics, sentiment analysis, and other modern AI techniques
- Experience working with speech-to-text, call transcription, audio analytics, and agent performance insights (Contact Centre domain advantage) or similar data analytics use cases.
- Experience working with real time visual analysis using YOLO or any equivalent.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP and experience with serverless, compute, storage, and native AI/ML services
- Good understanding of virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, security, and API integrations
- Strong understanding of design patterns, code quality principles, and CI/CD workflows
- Quick learner with passion for innovation in emerging AI technologies
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills — working closely with Product, Dev, QA, and cross-functional teams
