The Right Individual:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise and banking sector growth across India & Emerging Markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter with strong domain knowledge in AI enabled contact center solutions, CRM platforms, and cloud-based customer engagement technologies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships across the enterprise landscape.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Work with Pre-sales, Marketing & Inside sales teams to drive Lead generation & build a qualified funnel of at least 3X of your revenue targets
  • Assess client requirements and present tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand presence.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) of front-line hunting sales role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in handling large or enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to B2B or solution-based sales environments.
  • Familiarity with market research, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
  • Understanding of digital sales channels and modern sales methodologies.
