The Right Individual:
Self-motivated QA Engineer with hands-on product manual testing experience with enterprise solutions covering mobile, web and backend testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability through structured testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the highest quality product/solutions by thinking from the end user perspective
• Product/solution deployment in Windows, LINUX and Docker
• Understand and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Analyze test results, detect issues, track root causes and defect management
• Document technical issues and solutions clearly and provide timely, meaningful feedback
Skill Requirements (Must have):
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Defect Tracking tools
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Possess unified communication and contact center domain knowledge
• Used /Exposure to automation tool for automating applications
• Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
